The Vietnamese Phin, first crafted in the 1800s, was born out of necessity:
a simple, accessible brewing tool for a country where Western-style machines were scarce. Made of stainless steel and built to last, it became a cultural icon – brewing bold black coffee or sweetened condensed milk coffee that defines Vietnamese mornings.
At PHINƠI, we took inspiration from this heritage and reimagined our coffee dripper for the modern coffee scene. This evolved dripper honors its origin, while giving you the freedom to brew your way, whether that’s a clean pour-over or a strong cup of cà phê sữa đá.
